Letter from Father Jose

My Dear Friends,

It is my pleasure to introduce you to our New Parish Website that is under construction. As Pastor, I am privileged to witness the various ministries and outreach of St. Catherine Parish Community. This resource will provide you with a thorough overview of our parish life. Our Parish is a community with activities and programs for all ages, from the smallest of children to those who have advanced in years. Each person, regardless of age, is a gift. Each person walking through the doors of our Church has a story – it is a sacred story; a story to be nurtured and respected. Everyone is welcome. People of every race, language and way of life equally belong to this community. All have a part to play.

Many hundreds of people participate in our varied ministries, programs and various organizations. There is a place for everyone to share their love for the Lord and dedication to God’s people. This website will introduce you to ministries and activities that maybe you never knew existed. It will familiarize you with the work involved in each given area of pastoral and liturgical concerns and offer you contact information.

As you thumb your way through this information, please contemplate where your place may be within our community life. There are so many ways in which we can give back to God. We can give of our time and talents, so that God may be glorified through us. We can give of our treasure so that we may be able to create and maintain ministries of outreach, education and concern. It is my hope and prayer that you will discern where you can make a difference in the Church and in the world.
